Our briskets are seasoned by hand in the good old Texas fashion with only salt, pepper, and garlic to allow the pure meat flavor to shine through. Our briskets are smoked low and slow over hardwood for 14 to 16 hours so they become tender and flavorful. Choose between the flat or point. The point is moist and juicy and contains a fair amount of fat, and the flat is much leaner with less fat that the point, and is great for slicing.
